Hello everyone! This website will be expanded slowly over time as I adjust my life towards this practice. In the mean time - scroll down to learn a little about me, follow me on Instagram, and reach out via the email form at the bottom!
What is Sit With Cooper about?
My name is Cooper and I am a Meditation Teacher in Lynnwood, Washington. Over the last 10+ years, I’ve delved deep into meditation, therapy, spirituality, self-healing, and becoming my authentic self.
Through this journey, I’ve seen my quality of life skyrocket - mental health diagnoses have floated away into distant memories, new and old traumas have been processed and healed, my social anxiety has vanished, my “internal monologue” has become one of encouragement and positivity, and I’ve felt myself embody a confidence and inspiration that I didn’t think was possible before.
Because my life has been saved and rejuvenated multiple times by the practices of meditation, introspection, and working with a therapist, I am now going to take the seat as your teacher and coach to help you become your best self.

When you work with me, I’ll teach you meditation and every other tool of healing and introspection that I’ve learned. While I am certified to teach Mindfulness Meditation and we will start with that, I will adapt to any of your needs or beliefs to make sure you get the personalized care you deserve. I will draw upon multiple meditation styles, as well as the latest discoveries and trends in the fields of psychology in order to give you a holistic view and path forward in your journey.
I was formally trained by David Nichtern at Dharma Moon to teach Mindfulness Meditation. However, I also have spent a decade studying and practicing with Ancient Buddhist and Yogic Philosophy in order to fill out my spiritual and personal exploration. In order to compliment the traditional and spiritual side, I’ve also incorporated what I learned from my decade in modern therapy with Joe Eiben and personal study of modern findings in Mental Health.
